Our E&O with Cyber Liability Insurance for life agents offers:
ADDITIONAL COVERAGE—You are liable for the fiduciary duties you perform. For IMO-affiliated agents, ERISA and vicarious liability are included in your coverage.
CYBER PROTECTION—Cyber liability insurance offers protection from the growing threat of cyber risks, such as privacy breaches, computer system disruptions, malware and more. Lockton Affinity’s Life Agent E&O coverage for life agents automatically includes Cyber Liability with a limit of $250,000 and a $100,000 sublimit for legal forensics.
INDIVIDUAL POLICY LIMITS—Lockton Affinity Life Agent’s E&O policy has individual limits of $1,000,000 per claim/$3,000,000 aggregate, rather than a group master policy with a shared aggregate limit. Having an individual aggregate limit means you don’t have to be concerned about someone else exhausting your funds in the event of a claim.
COMPETITIVE PRICING—For professionals selling life and health and fixed annuity products, policies begin with $550 premiums and $0 deductible. For qualifying accounts, Series 6 Products and P&C Personal Lines coverage is available for a slightly higher premium.
