Errors and Omissions
Errors and omissions exposures are some of the primary exposures you face as a financial professional. Errors & Omissions Liability Insurance with fiduciary coverage can provide critical protection for you and your career. Life Agent E&O coverage is designed to cover certain legal fees, judgments or settlements resulting from claims and litigation brought against you for the services you provide.
Cyber Liability
In the event of a cyber incident, financial exposures can exceed $250 per record. Our Life Agent E&O policy includes Cyber Liability Insurance to help protect against the risk of these costs. This combination policy addresses many of the deficiencies found within the online marketplace.

Additional coverage |
As a Life Agent, you can face risk exposure from the fiduciary duties you perform. This coverage includes ERISA and vicarious liability for IMO-affiliated agents to more fully protect you. Protection is included for life and health and fixed and indexed annuities. |

Cyber protection |
Our E&O coverage for Life Agents automatically includes Cyber Liability to protect against the growing threat of cyber risks, including breaches, malware, system disruptions and more. A $250,000 limit with a $2,500 deductible and a $100,000 sublimit for legal forensics with a $0 deductible is included. |

Individual limits |
Lockton Affinity offers individual policy limits, rather than shared limits, for better peace of mind. Our E&O coverage for Life Agents has an individual aggregate limit of $3,000,000 with a per claim limit of $1,000,000. This policy also features a $0 deductible for E&O claims. |

Competitive pricing |
For professionals selling life and health and fixed annuity products, policies begin with $550 premiums and a $0 deductible. For qualifying accounts, Series 6 Products and P&C Personal Lines coverage is available for a slightly higher premium. |
